| New Beach Guest House is located on a quaint Soi with 10 other guest houses. We are at the end of Soi closest to the beach. You can't miss us for we have two signs, one on Phetchkasem road and one on our Soi. We have a beautiful 6 room guest house with a full dining area. Each room has a nice balcony with an outstanding view.

Four of rooms contain two beds, one king size plus either a single or queen sized. Two of our rooms have one king size bed. We can add addition beds if you have a need. Each room has a nice balcony either looking south to the Soi with the many Guest House entrances or to the North where you have a nice view of the mountains and the sights of the city.

Every room has lots of space and a large balcony with a beautiful view. Every bathroom is beautifully tiled with a large granite counter. All have hot and cold water. Quiet air conditioners are found in every room. Every room has a mini bar and cable TV.

| Located on a Soi with many other Guest Houses it has internet facilities, many excellent eating places, a swimming pool, massage parlors, a tailor shop and a barbershop. Our Soi is a 4 minute walk from the new modern 3 story shopping mall containing a large grocery store, housing supply store, movie theater, bowling ally, eating places and many small shops. We are a 10 minute walk, if you walk fast, from the center part of the city or you can take a Tuk-Tuk for a few baht and get there in 1 minute.

| If you get tired of our beautiful ocean, Gulf of Thailand, you can relax at our large swimming pool. Owned by the 10 Guest Houses you are entitled to enjoy it. Open all day long it gives you an alternative to the sandy beach. Only 50 meters from our Guest House it is excellent for the kids or the entire family and there are no " Sharks"t not that I have seen any in the Gulf of Thailand.

A view to the north where the Marriott and Hilton hotels are located. Many interesting sites and activities including horseback riding, jet skiing, banana boat rides, sailing boats and sometimes para sailing. The water is nearly as warm as the air, around 28 degrees celcius. In December and January there are often some excellent waves.

| If you want to relax how about a massage right on the beach. Also popular with the younger girls is hair brading with beads or tatoos(painted on, of course) or nail painting. If you want to exercise you can walk 1km north to the Hilton or go 4 km south to Khao Tao, a rocky mound inhabinated by monks and hundreds of monkeys

From the top of Radar Mountain, you see the city of Hua Hin looking south. Over 5km of a beautiful white sand beach stretches from the city center to the little mountain in the distant south that is the home of many monkies. The best part of it, we are located about a 2 minute walk from all of this. What a place to live or vacation.

| New and her niece dressed and made up for the New's Years party in 2007. Every year Jinning Beach has a New Years Party on the top of the Guest House located directly across from us. If you are in Hua Hin for the Holidays you need to attend.
